How Many Times a Week Can an Individual Train?

I tend to go three sessions a week of aerobic based cardio style interval training. Much of that is on a cycler, a gometer, a stationary gometer outside if the weather's nice. That's interspersed with what you'd call high intensity functional training and body weight style exercise. And how often could an individual do that? I know you're going to say it probably depends on the other activities.
