"You're judging them. What are you also doing? You're slandering or you're speaking against," he says. "We would never think of ourselves as doing this, but really we observe people and then in our minds there's some extra step that we take." The parable is about looking at the speck of sadhust in your brother's eye instead of paying attention to the plank in your own eye.
