Is the World Pushing Up Against Us?
There is a danger of construing that as a statement of anything goes, i think the world pushes back. I came to these constructionist theories in part because i had arrived at a relevi relativist view about morality. Some moral systems might work out better for us than others. You can think of morality a bit like law. It's a tool for getting along in human society. But there are different arrangements that are equally good given our ends. And there are multiple ends that are equallygood but incompatible.
