Covid has driven a lot of athletes and non athletes, regular people, to high loves of anxiety. Panic attacks are happening at a rate that i have never seen before within our population. If you find yourself needing to doze off in the afternoon, that should tell you something. Depressed feelings, self talk, that's negative, that's ther all can be symptoms of sleep deprivation.
