How to Communicate With Your Team in a Crisis

When it's not so stark, are you conscious of that when you're leading a team? Are you calling people out based on which said like, Hey folks, right now we're going to operate in a medium acuity CHF model. How do you actually sort of deciding which to use in communicating that to your team? Let me pontificate out loud for a second. I think lying, I know I think we were just used to that word.
