Yoga Is Not a System of Thought
There's a reason the yoga postures are meant to shift your awareness ultimately to the realization that your body is not physical. That's number three, principle of yoga. The fourth is breath and using the breath to control the autonomic nervous system which we call pranayama. And then the eighth limb is transcendence, where we go beyond waking, dreaming, sleeping to what is called soul consciousness, cosmic consciousness, divine consciousness and unity consciousness. This is real yoga.
