Is There a Sleeping Giant in Construction Costs?

There's a place that's really the, there's a sleeping giant in terms of what is keeping output below where actually it could potentially be. And I'd say that's in construction costs. The same dollar is not buying us as much and so that's telling you some part of that cost structure and the supply chain associated with it,. We're not getting the same amount of construction output for the amount of dollars put in and the amount of hours worked.
