James Carville: It seems that what's going on is we have legislators who are basically posturing. Maybe they understand that they're not going to stand once they get challenged in court. But either way, what's happening is we have one branch of a government becoming completely unmoored from the constitution. The next right thing would be for the legislatures to get smacked down by courts,. Will that happen? We'll have to wait and find out.
