The Importance of Ruth Porat in Google's AI First Company
Ruth Porot was tired of being in CFO. She's a class act and has some ties within Washington. I think the bigger piece in terms of the personnel is just Sergey Brin starting to spend more time on campus for three or four days a week. Google has been talking about this since 2017 as an AI first company. It's going to benefit their search revenue in the years to come.
