M, i do think that it is quite a realistic that there will be prosecutions. The most senior people who are responsible for this poton and his high command won't ever see a court room. With one footnote, maybe a diplomatic deal is worked out in which the security ci under the international crimnl court treaty, is able to suspend the investigation with respect to putton.
