The Angels Are Losing Again, Will It Be Another Angel Again?

i wonder, basically, how much otani would have to surpass judge by, say, in combined war to win this thing again. I mean, if he finishes like a winter two ahead of any one else, like he last year, maybe that changes the conversational little bit. Or will it be another angel again?
