What's Going on in the State of Virginia?

Nobody ever really considered the eastern panhandle as part of western Virginia. The other reality too is those are areas where there are active Confederate military operations, Confederate troops. They're actually stationed near the Greenbrier and you're Lewisburg. Looking at a Calhoun's life county, this is there not like participating because of like issues from the civil war. It's suggesting the type of warfare that's starting to happen. We'll call it guerrilla warfare.
