Every year you get a letter or you get an email from me or a phone call from me and I'm saying to you yep once again your premiums are going up. How does an insurance company decide on how much to charge a person there's the insurance component itself. We also have our administration costs and we also have a whole raft of costs that build up the premium but one of the critical pieces for us that drives potential premium increases is Lapsation so those people that decide to cancel their cover.
