The Fifth Amendment in Eminent Domain

Michael Wolraich: I think there may be an answer to the mess we got going on with making women have babies and not allowing them to move from place to place in the military. He says eminent domain laws, they can take stuff from you but they have to reimburse you for it. If they're going to take your womb, he says, they have to reimbursed you; that's a taking by the government. Wolraich asks if GOP policies are grounded in the Fifth Amendment? "I doubt any corpsman agree with you, but I like the way that you're thinking here"
