How Have You Adapted as a Leader?
In the last four years I've grown like 40 years older and my skin's gotten way more wrinklier and I've got a lot more gray or hair in my beard than ever before not because it's a sign of just aging. My biggest leadership evolution has been whenever I see a tough problem at hand I think of it as an evolution opportunity for myself as to how to solve it. The rule of life is don't creep about anybody else in life or any situation you are in a situation let's evolve let's do the best we can. We should be proud of did I behave the best way I could have loved right?
