There are two kinds of hummus. The one I had in Turkey, which is lighter with more tahini. And they put a little chop, parsley and other things on top and that's easy. Or the other type is the one with a spice meat topping. That's also really good. You need to make a big bowl of it. It's like a La Mijoon topping. Ground lamb or beef with spices. And you just layer that on top of the warm hummus. So I think either of those for me. Well, I would do, I love the stews where you don't actually saute the meat. Those are really delicious.
