Coaches can be specialized for whatever it is t they're going to grow into as a coach in their career. I think there's a lot of benefits to both, i honestlyand it would probly depend on the staff you have. It was great to have guys ben on in our staff that i really trusted to be able to do all those specific things. And nick was great with substitutions, and i thought it was really big knowing that we put us in good positions.
