It's super important that you have someone who understands this because the narcissistic spouse, man or woman, can come into the session and be super charming. And it is really easy for the therapist to get sort of bamboozled. You find a therapist that works. What does the work look like for the client? The work could look like talking about, depends on the person, talking about some of these experiences.
