How Did You Build a Tech Business?
The business model that we started with was very different. We wanted to have a channel distribution where we would end our customer journey for them to see the product everywhere they go. My only focus was to get the product out there. So three years, I did not focus too much on the accounting and the finance aspect of it. After that, once we had a certain foundation, then my next thing was just breaking even was the most important thing,. And then ever since then, ever since then we've been a profitable business.
