The Importance of Time Allocation

In the study that our colleagues did on the CEOs, I saw two practices that are not a full explanation of the dissatisfaction. And so a first practice that many of these CEOs have is that they use a longer term agenda. If push comes to shove, everything else goes, but my agenda stays. That's sort of a smart and effective way to think about time allocation.
