The first thing to do when you get a written case is identify the type of written case you have. Is it a type 1, type 2, type 3? It is a type 1 you are probably lucky. Type2 may be a little bit more unlucky but easier to do. Type 3 is a lot harder to do. Basically type 3 is throwing you in the deep end and saying if you have the ability to frame issues, develop order out of chaos, you should be able to handle these cases.
