Global Financing for Renewables to Move Away From Coal

We identified a huge net gain indeed that can be reaped by globally facing out coal. Not all is lost if that's not possible right now. Even if you only manage block by block to strike concrete deals to face out coal, you can reap substantial net benefits. Of course, those would be much smaller than in a global deal, so we should all strive for a global deal. But we can work towards a global deal by going step by step and facing out coal in individual countries.
