i'm torn, i mean that trump clearly is not exactly in full continuity with movement conservatism. In other wy, and in other ways, there are deep continuities. Obama campaigned on themes and ideas that responded to what most people's hopes and fears were. And for tananous, again, conserva, he says, conservatism is dead because it no longer a speaks to the hopes and aspirations of the functional majority of the country.
