Zack's Ptst, It's Avoiders.

After 9/11, Zack became depressed and decided to join the military. He lost a lot of people over there that were very close to him. A young girl in his unit was one of the only women in his unit named rachel. She ended up being killed in action; he probably looked at that like it was his fault. It's this action could have been avoidable if he was given the help that he wereneeded. And it's also not, you know, there that stupid stigma, especially unlike man, ask for help.
