The Biding Plan Will Not Increase Green Cards for High School Workers
The biding plan is fairly conservative on the legal immigration side for these high skilled workers. It does increase the number of green cards, which is great, but it does it primarily through recapturing green cards that weren't used in the past. The bill doesn't do anything to expand legal imigration for temporary workers.
