The SEC has been the most active in terms of regulators bringing enforcements, right? The IRS put out a statement back in 2014 and was like, this is all property. You got to pay capital gains tax, which makes sense. They've issued, you know, kind of clarifying FAQs. There's all sorts of additional questions that are raised by DeFi or decentralized finance. But I think every regulator will continue to have legitimate claim as to why they can assert their authority.
