Nudges are focused on small solutions that have not demonstrated acap city for major scale. You could not get to massive reductions and debths in surgery or chilbirth, or massive improvements in end of life outcomes based on just those behaviora science insights alone. We've had to move to organizationalin s and to a, we've had to piece together a multiple kinds of layers of understanding in order to drive high, a high volume change in in halth care delivery. I think the wearables are being used on the diagnostic side, where it's semi powerful, but not not critical, but as part of how you're doing in your care.
