Charlie Rose: I think they, what happened was they wanted to just remove human personnel out of the equation. Let's just take humans out. Let's develop some sort of technology that we can operate ourselves in order to remotely influence remote persuade people and then get away with it. We'll couple that with some sort of device that can directly implant thoughts, ideas, beliefs into your head to make you do things that you wouldn't normally do under normal circumstances. There's proof and evidence of that. God damn, I love this topic at our own peril because these people that know how it works, they understand it's a real thing.
