Building a Coordination or a Combination to Benefit From the New Network State

Balaji: One thing that really bothers me about this exit based type of solution is that the state is actually, I mean, we might dislike some states. If you exit one state, you pretty much have to recreate a lot of what the state is doing. And good luck doing that on your own, like from scratch. So how do we create more capacity for people to plug themselves into a variety of combinations and coordination? Balaji: Let's try to set up those new layers of governance that are not competing with existing states, but are actually cooperating with them by providing additional services.
