The Fed's Plan to Cut Inflation
The higher they go with the Fed funds rate, the more likely they are to reach their target of 2% inflation. But we just don't think that they have the stomach to keep doing this. The silver lining here is that eventually they do cut. And because you're looking at an economy that is still relatively balanced for the most part,. You're not looking at extreme excesses and housing in energy investment.
