The list of top european angel investors includes stevo, frederick the coponanco and maria raga. They all get a hundred thousand dollars to invest - can they? The idea is that these v cs want to get their tentacles into industry. But since loads of v c firms now have these kinds of programmes, maybe this is going to make it harder to actually recruit angels.
