Pericarditus and Cancer Related Percdetus
Most patients will have a large effusion that need peri carti antesis. For cancer related pericarditus, most patients will be treated with colcocene from the getgo. If euremia is the underlying cause of pericarditis, many of those patients need dialysis plus minus a pericardi centesis. And remember that cultrcene and anceds are generally contra indicated in patients withpericarditus and severe renal pariment.
