The city stopped keeping people past 12 days. New York dealt with this was they said, we're not going to reimburse after 12 days. So we had a problem. Alvin Bragg did talk about using funds to beef up the diversion court in Manhattan. You know, I have a lot of hope for his policies in that direction.
