The Impetus for Remote and a Sink Is So Important
In a remote environment, it's important to call out that even if you are acting as a directly responsible individual on a project, you're likely to not actually be doing a lot of the work. And so i think it's very explicit in the way that we havei the initial iterations of the directly responsible individual manifesto. At no point is anybody else actually on the line or responsible for getting the shiped. You might not be doing the work, and you might not be making all the decisions even,. But you are responsible for the decisions that get made, and you're responsible for seeing through it that something is shipped.
