The Benefits of Running Along Water

The best run for mood boost equals, as you say, the run that occurs. There is evidence showing greater relaxation, sort of brain activity associated with meditation and calmness that occurs when we're in nature rather than certainly on a treadmill or running down a busy city street. So there's a fair amount of research showing to the more often that you could be in a natural setting, probably the more pleasant that you'll find it,. which would then motivate you to do it again.
