The Mental Costs of Investing in Cryptocurrencies
Successful investing demands a price, but its currency is not dollars and cents. Its volatility, fear, doubt, uncertainty and regret are easy to overlook until you're dealing with them in real time. Yen: My body suffered, my mind suffered, my relationships have suffered. The ultimate toll of all this was it compounded to me feeling really bad about myself. I almost loathed myself in a lot of ways. At one point early in the journey, i actually was sitting in a bathtub crying, feeling like the biggest loser on the planet.
