How to Correct Your Shoulder Pain
If you have an office job, a laboring job of any sort, you will spend more time internally rotated and forward than externally rotated and back. A great move that you can do for your shoulder is a movement called a dislocate. Hanging is one of the great correctors for wrist elbows and shoulders. I used to think having the biggest strongest lats was the best thing ever.
