Should I Do Muscle Ups?

Gymnastics coach says some exercises should not be attempted for the first six months of gymnastic training. The most beneficial part of muscle ups is through that transition between pull up and skippe, where all advance ring strength comes from. Some people have incredible joints that you can just pound and pound and Pound and pound and pound, nothing happens to em. "You're human and those are not your joints," he says.
