I think we've acquired to biological model of our mental health services. I do feel for Cams and but if I could give an example like say for me this is how Cams work. It's like a plumber comes into a village there's no plumbing work so he starts cutting trees, tiling doing your bathroom and doing your front room painting. The idea is not getting more plumbers to do all the other stuff. Get someone to tile get someone to do the horticultural workget someone to do you know so it has to be a structural shift or move away from the yes psychiatrist have a role,.
