The Importance of a Crisis in a Teacher's Life
i remember in teaching a traditional environment where say something like, don't ory about it, relax. But then them actually, especially if there's a ter student who's really invested in the course work, is like, no, i don't want to miss class. My life's going to get harder if i miss and then that tension generally disappeared when i started running a modern class m. Instead, the kid was like, you know, thank you. And then if they needed to, they ould go knowing that there's going to be a time in space for them to have access to just as high quality instruction.
