The Price Cap and the Green Leve - What's the Problem?
Under the price cap that is currently in force, until the first of october, policy costs made up a hundred and 53 pounds. That will move to just over four % of the overall bill from otober. So it sounds like we're getting distracted by side issues. The real problem is the underlying cost of the electricity or gas itself.
