The fashion industry produces 100 to 150 billion garments annually. The population on this planet is just hitting 8 billion people. We are producing way more clothing than we can wear or buy or use. Ultimately, I think everyone should be buying second hand. If it's 5 million people open online secondhand stores, that would adequately tackle the problem.
