We all go about getting things done differently, and to one person it might look lazy. To another sinte theyre being really thoughtful. But if they don't do it like we do it, we assume that they either don't care or aren't smart. And the way to overcome this is not just to say, i need to stop doing that. It's to replace that attribution with knowledge. That knowledge is, oh, tracy is different than i am in her gifts, in the way she works. So by understanding that, you avoid the misattribution.
