Federal Reserve Board Chairman William Mc Chesney Martin
William mc chesney martin was chairman of the federal reserve board for 19 years, starting in 19 51. He is famous for inventing the modern rebo market and invented the modern eurobella market. The first euro dollars are supposedly issued by a bank called uro bank, which was a paris bank wholly owned by the soviet union. And when uro banks sent wires in dollars, they got to be called by people in the business, oh, uro dollars were coming through.
