The Importance of Data Quality
Part of that is the way that the GP systems feed into our clinical systems. So once we identified, oh, look, all these patients are not stated, or unknown, that should be corrected. Part of it is we've tried to connect to the National Spine, which records some of that information. We're making the assumption because the spine is fed by the GPs, and the GPs should have the original point of patient details. It wasn't generally that we don't have the data. It was because we didn't go back into hate because the clinicians and admin staff have got such a high turnover.
