The Reality of the NBA Finals Bunker

I don't like to come out of my Finals bunker and talk about the top of the 2019 draft class. Chris Paul has not been waived, he is still a member of the Phoenix Suns. If you waive him, just outright pay him all the money, and he clears waivers, you can re-sign him. Why am I thinking of Zydrunasilgauskis when this comes up? That's different.
