The Basics of Your Morning Routine
In the morning, my alarm goes off at five 30. My son usually wakes up between six 30 and seven. I go straight into my workout. If it's a weight training day, by six p m i'm done. M if it's a cycling day, by 6 15,. And i come downstairs to where my computer is, and i start to write. That the basic of his morning routine. Obviously, i cannot do that every single day. I got kids. I have a life. I travel. And i use bits and pieces of that. To take anything away from this, put your phone away. Prepare your mind for really good sleep. Then wake up and exercise.
