I met this amazing woman on my assessment for my level two and it was the first woman I'd ever come across in coach education and coach development. She said to me, that was a really strong pass. And one day I am going to meet people you've coached and I will know you've coached them. That just blew my mind. It's probably all those things we talk about in self determination theory that make a need supportive learning environment. Just, you know, and the bar was pretty low.
