Privacy Preserving Solutions for MEV Encryption

I generally agree with Zoko's take from Zcash. He basically argues, and he had this bit with Vitalik where he argued that it's really, really hard to come up with something game theory to prevent negative externalities of MEV. I think there needs to be like a stronger defense against it, which is effectively comes with privacy preserving solutions. And yes, obviously, so when you're talking about privacy, you're basically talking about encrypting the transactions.
