How to Achieve Your Goals the Fastest
I highly recommend reading the book Atomic Habits If You Haven't Already. It tells you all about how to really achieve your goals through habit stacking, which is when you stack a bunch of habits together and it kind of becomes an autopilot little sequence we can say so that you can add more day to day. Don't go crazy with your goals. Don't even give yourself so many goals to the point where it's overwhelming and you feel overpowered by them because at the end of the day, there's supposed to be like little stepping stones for you that inspire and motivate you rather than kind of taunting you or giving you anxiety just looking at them.
